Sharon Oaks proudly participates in the NOAH (Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing) Program.  To qualify for an apartment home at Sharon Oaks Apartment Homes, gross household income must meet the AMI requirements. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application. Credit, rental history, and background screenings are required. Each application is reviewed to ensure a smooth and fair approval process. For more information on income requirements please contact the office.

• $75 Application Fee (per applicant 18+) – Non-refundable 

• $199 Administrative Fee – Non-refundable 

These fees cover the cost of processing the application and preparing the lease agreement.

• Pest Control: $10 

• Liability Renter’s Legal Liability Waiver: $15

• Internet: Included

• Water and sewer are submetered based on usage

These services help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable community for all residents. 

We offer a Deposit Alternative Program to help reduce upfront move-in costs. Instead of paying a  traditional large security deposit, qualified residents may choose to pay a lower, non-refundable fee at move-in. This option allows residents to keep more cash on hand and ease initial expenses. Please contact the leasing team for eligibility details and pricing.

Yes. We proudly partner with FLEX to provide flexible rent payment options. Residents may have the ability to split their rent into smaller payments aligned with their pay schedule. Contact the leasing office to  learn more about enrollment.

• Pets welcome, No weight restrictions, 2 pet limit per apartment
• $350 pet fee, $100 per additional pet, $25 monthly pet fee
• No aggressive breeds
